Toulvaddie
Brand and Packaging Design
Toulvaddie is a brand new micro whisky distillery which is going to be built in the North East Highlands of Scotland. The founder and distiller Heather Nelson will be the first woman in over 200 years to found and run a Scotch Whisky distillery. The goal for my designs were to bring a luxurious look and feel to Toulvaddie’s brand aesthetic while emphasising the fact that it is a micro distillery. Each image of the packaging I created and rendered in Cinema 4D.

CUSTOMISATIONS IN A MULTICULTURAL WORLD
Create a limited edition pack that is only available to a certain event or membership and that can be valued as a collectors item.
STANDARD RELEASE BOTTLE
This bottle design is for the standard released whiskies that will be sold when they have aged properly.
I have designed an constructed all of these images using Cinema 4D and Octane Render.
LOGO DESIGN
The logo is inspired by Celtic Knots, which were seen as a visual representation for the connection between life and land. Paired with a signature typeface, the logo gives off a hand touched feel, because it’s micro-distillery, each product will be handled by Heather herself.
FOUNDERS RESERVE
Toulvaddie offers the ability to join The Distillery Founders Club. This is a unique chance to be a part of Toulvaddie’s distilling history. Being a member gives access to products that will not be for general sale. If you are a member, a Toulvaddie Single Malt Founders Reserve will be sent to you at 4 different year markers: 3, 5, 8 and 10. Founders Club bottles will not be on general release and are available exclusively to Founding members. Each label will have the scotch information handwritten on it, and a luxurious bottle design.
